Cooking and sourcing genuine quality local ingredients whose flavours will speak for themselves. Langoustine,
Scallops, Wild Salmon and Venison feature regularly on the dinner table, which is often shared with the family
and your fellow guests. All that will wake you in the morning are the baking aromas as the family sets to work on
producing hearty breakfasts in the Scottish tradition. Maria takes particular pleasure in looking after vegetarian
guests or anyone with special dietary needs - all you need to do is pop your head round the kitchen door!
